nurses and personal support workers.

– Are able to collaboratively work with other healthcare professional
– Carry a strong sense in ethics and responsibilities in patient care
Specifics Requirements for PSWs:

● Province-approved Support Worker certification
● Previous experience as a PSW preferred
● Sufficient medical knowledge in equipment and medications
● Strong communication skills, verbal and written
● Be able to lift 25 pounds and stay on feet for extended periods of time

Requirements from all healthcare professionals

– Vulnerable sector check
– 3 references from previous employers
– Proof of up-to-date Health and Immunization Records
– Proof of CPR/first aid certification
– Proof of WHMIS certification
– Proof of N95 respiratory mask certification
– Proof of Canadian citizenship or Proof of authorization to work in Canada
– Proof of Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
